• Orders placed by the cut-off time will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

• Orders must be placed by 2pm for next-day standard delivery in Dubai (1-2 days).

• Orders must be placed by 5pm for standard delivery in all Emirates (excluding Dubai) (1-3 days).

• Free shipping on all orders within the UAE.

• Cash On Delivery option is available.

• All orders within the UAE are shipped by Quiqup.


For the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 

• Orders placed by the cut-off time will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

• Orders must be placed by 2 pm for next-day standard delivery (1-2 days).

• Orders placed by the cut-off time will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

• Orders must be placed by 1pm for next-day standard delivery (except for Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

• Free shipping on all orders above £215 GBP.

• All orders within the UK are shipped by Royal Mail.



For General International Orders

• International shipping usually takes between 4 - 7 business days. 

• Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.
