For the GCC (excluding UAE & KSA)

• Orders must be placed by 2pm for standard delivery.

• Free shipping for orders above $275 USD.

• All orders within the GCC are shipped by Shipa

• All GCC orders may be subject to customs and duties fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

For the UK 

• Orders placed by the cut-off time will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

• Orders must be placed by 1pm for next-day standard delivery (except for Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

• Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday morning.

• Free shipping on all orders above £215 GBP.

• All orders within the UK are shipped by Royal Mail.

For General International Orders

• International shipping usually takes between 4 - 7 business days. 

• Shipping rates are calculated during checkout.

• Free shipping for orders above $275 USD.

• All orders are shipped by DHL

• All international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees upon delivery. These fees are determined by the country of destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

• Customs authorities in some countries require the full name and national ID number; we will contact you by email if this information is required.

Note:  • During public holidays, there will be slight delays in our delivery schedule.

• Our courier does not operate on Saturdays & Sundays. If you wish to receive your purchase over the weekend, please place your order before 2 pm on Thursday to ensure timely next-day delivery (where applicable).
